The product is 100% guaranteed against defects in workmanship. If you receive defective product, we will be happy to either refund your purchase and shipping both ways or replace the product at no extra charge.
If the product is not defective and you wish to return it, you can. Simply call in for authorization, ship the product in original packaging and like new condition and we shall post a refund back to your card, minus shipping and 15% restocking fee.
